2. Exchange Window

  • You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible unless required by UK consumer law.


3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

Items not meeting these criteria may be rejected.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items

  • Products that cannot be exchanged for hygiene or safety reasons


5. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at payment@scottmode.net with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Desired replacement item

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team before sending any items back.

  3. Unauthorized returns or exchanges may not be accepted.


6. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to:

    • A defective or damaged item

    • An incorrect item sent by SCOTT MODE LTD

  • Use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost items, as SCOTT MODE LTD is not responsible for packages lost in transit.


7. Processing Exchanges

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item promptly.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with shipping/tracking details for the replacement.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal value unless otherwise agreed.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If the item you received was damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the item.

  • SCOTT MODE LTD will cover shipping costs for the replacement.
